When I founded Premium Flyer in 2007, I envisaged providing a service for those who appreciate the best of the best both in terms of their travel experience as well as the advice and service they seek in relation to it.

We are unapologetically not for everyone - we are exclusive and we always will be.

At Premium Flyer we don’t sell travel, we sell you our time, our knowledge, expertise and our ability to access what you generally cannot access directly.

We don’t believe in competing on price, we believe in competing on service and value, therefore if price is the driving factor behind how you book your travel, we simply aren’t for you. There is an agent or advisor for everyone and for some right now, it is Expedia or a local shopping centre agent, often with experience measured in months not years. If however, you value service, expertise and access, as well as maximising the return on investment of your most valuable resource, your leisure time above all else, we may just be the perfect fit.

While travel agents and advisors have traditionally existed on supplier commissions, we saw the writing on the wall that suppliers (especially airlines) were slowly eroding commissions and that the future consisted of a fee for service model, which is the only way we can provide the level of service so many of our clients have grown to love and depend upon.

I wanted to ensure that the advice we are providing is unbiased and based on what is in the best interests of you, the client, which just isn’t possible with a business model that is primarily driven on commissions and kickbacks.

We value our time and our ability to provide you with the very best advice and service possible. As professionals, we charge a travel planning fee to provide advice and research and ,to present options that are personalised for you, not something that is generic, cookie cutter or one size fits all.
